Tulipa ‘Sevilla’ is a fantastic perennial tulip from the Triumph group that produces single, cup-shaped red flowers above green, lance-shaped leaves. Beyond its stunning appearance, this variety is also exceptionally reliable and consistent with a proven track record and excellent disease and pest resistance, as recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society with its coveted Award of Garden Merit.
Flowering in April and May, ‘Sevilla’ tulip bulbs can be planted in almost any soil, be it acidic, alkaline or neutral, so long as there is sufficient drainage. Plant in a position of full sun, preferably protected from strong winds.
‘Sevilla’ bulbs are perfectly suited for beds and borders, in combination with flowering shrubs and conifers. Alternatively, use them in pots, containers or as cut flowers.
