Shipping policy

LOCAL DELIVERIES

Your goods will be delivered by our friendly delivery team to your door.

Once your order is ready, a member of staff from our customer services team will contact you to book in your delivery date. We aim to deliver within 3-5 days.

Our drivers will call you on the morning of the delivery to let you know whether your goods will be delivered AM or PM.

Deliveries will be made between 7.00am and 5.30pm.

Your order will be left at the front of your property or, at the discretion of the driver, another secure location outside - our drivers will not enter any houses.

We are unable to remove and take away any packaging from products delivered.

Online ordering is available to those who live within WD, HA, HP, AL, UB, SL, EN, NW, N, SW, TW, KT, MK, LU, SG, RM, IG, E, SE, DA, BR, CR, SM postcodes.

WD19: Minimum £30.00 spend with £7.99 Delivery Charge - Spend £50+ for FREE delivery
