How to Buy Calor Gas Bottles

Buying a Gas Bottle for the First Time

When you buy a Calor gas bottle for the first time, you will need to pay:

1. A bottle deposit
This is a one-off deposit for the gas bottle itself.

2. The gas refill charge
This is the cost of the gas inside the bottle.

Once purchased, you can take the full gas bottle away with you.

Exchanging an Empty Bottle

When your gas bottle is empty, bring the empty bottle back to us in store.

You will then only pay for the gas refill, and we will exchange your empty bottle for a full one of the same type.

Important Information

This service is available in store only.

Gas bottles cannot be purchased or exchanged online. Please visit us in store to buy your first bottle or exchange an empty bottle.

PLEASE READ REGARDING CALOR GAS

Due to exceptionally high demand and ongoing shipping delays, we are temporarily introducing a strict 1-for-1 exchange policy on the following cylinders:

5kg Patio Gas, 13kg Patio Gas and 6kg Propane

This policy starts from today, 27th May 2026.

This means we can only supply these cylinders when the same number of empty cylinders are returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot issue new Cylinder Refill Agreements (CRAs) for these cylinder types at this time.
