Hyacinthus orientalis 'Delft Blue' produces deep lavender blue bell-shaped flowers with recurved petals, bears single, light blue flowers with a good fragrance.
Bulbs are perfect for autumn planting for flowering in spring, but can also be grown initially outside and brought into the house to bloom in March and April.
Porcelain-blue, star-shaped flowers crowd the upright flower spike in spring, filling the surrounding air with their sweet perfume. A wonderful addition to Large pots, containers, window-boxes and borders, 'Delft Blue' is also ideal for forcing for use indoors over winter, adding colour and perfume to your home in winter.
