Lonicera × brownii ‘Dropmore Scarlet’, commonly known as honeysuckle ‘Dropmore Scarlet’, is a vigorous semi-evergreen climber admired for its striking scarlet-red flowers and attractive blue-green foliage. From midsummer through to late autumn, it produces clusters of narrow, trumpet-shaped blooms that provide a long-lasting display of vivid colour. Its twining habit makes it ideal for training over walls, fences, pergolas and other sturdy supports. Easy to grow and tolerant of both sun and partial shade, ‘Dropmore Scarlet’ is an excellent choice for adding height, colour and seasonal interest to the garden.
