LAVANDULA Munstead 9cm
Description
Lavandula angustifolia ‘Munstead’, commonly known as English lavender ‘Munstead’, is a compact evergreen shrub valued for its aromatic, narrow grey-green foliage. During mid to late summer, it produces dense spikes of highly fragrant blue-purple flowers that are particularly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects. Growing to around 45cm tall, this neat and bushy cultivar is ideal for edging pathways, planting in gravel gardens, filling sunny borders or growing in patio containers. Its drought tolerance, attractive foliage and richly scented flowers make it a beautiful and practical addition to sunny gardens.
