Cups of Blue make an offering of bright orange when the early spring sun shines on the Dutch Crocus.
Crocus are one of the earliest of all spring flowers.
They may look fragile, but they can withstand the severest weather.
A weak spring sun is all that is needed for the flowers to open up.
Once these crocus are planted, they can be left undisturbed for years without requiring any attention.
These bulbs can be planted in pots or containers on a sunny patio or at the front of a colourful border. Alternatively, try scattering the bulbs across an area of lawn and plant them where they fall.
