FACEBOOK TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Carpenders Park Garden Centre – £100 Voucher Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The promoter is Carpenders Park Garden Centre, Watford, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility
   The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Carpenders Park Garden Centre and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter
   To enter, participants must:

   • Like the competition post

   • Comment “SPRING” on the post

   • Share the post to their story and tag @carpenderspark_gc

   No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Entry Period
   The competition opens on 29th January 2026 and closes at 6:00pm on 2nd February 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.

5. Prize
   One winner will receive a £100 Carpenders Park Garden Centre gift voucher, redeemable in-store only.
   The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.

6. Winner Selection & Notification
   The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on Monday 2nd February 2026 via our social media channels. The winner will be contacted directly via social media. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

7. Prize Redemption
   The voucher must be redeemed in-store at Carpenders Park Garden Centre and is subject to the standard voucher terms of use.

8. Data Protection
   Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data will not be shared with third parties.

9. Platform Disclaimer
   This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.

10. General
    Carpenders Park Garden Centre reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time without prior notice where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over, who receive an Entry Card at their home address. This excludes employees of Carpenders Park Garden Centre, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Participants must visit Carpenders Park Garden Centre, during the entry period, to check the entry number on their Entry Card against a list of Winning Entry Card numbers, which will be clearly posted behind the checkouts, adjacent to the Exit Doors. This is an in-store only raffle. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. Competition Period: The competition begins on 18^th March 2024 and ends on 28^th April 2024. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

4. Prizes:

   - Grand Prize: A Voucher towards One garden furniture set and One BBQ, collectively worth UPTO £2000, to be redeemed at Carpenders Park Garden Centre.

   - 2nd Runner Up Prizes: 10 winners will receive a voucher towards a florist-crafted bouquet worth £30 each, to be redeemed at U-Floria Florists – www.u-floria.co.uk

   - 3rd Runner Up Prizes: 10 winners will each receive a voucher towards a Mini Afternoon Cream Tea with Prosecco worth £30 each, to be redeemed at The Evergreen Restaurant.

5. Winner Selection: The winning entry numbers have been selected at random and will be posted behind the checkouts at Carpenders Park Garden Centre. Winners must match their entry number against the list of winning numbers to claim their prize.

6. Prize Redemption:

   - All Prize winner must present their winning entry card, in person, at Carpenders Park Garden Centre to claim their prize.  The 1^st prize winner may either collect their prize from the garden centre or arrange delivery, for which there will be no delivery charge within a 10 mile radius. Delivery outside of this area will incur a delivery surcharge.

The 2^nd prize winners may order and collect their prize from U-Floria Florists.

 The 3^rd prize of an Afternoon Tea with prosecco is for consumption within the Evergreen Café only. 

7. Publicity: By entering the competition, participants agree to participate in any publicity or promotional activities associated with the competition.

8. General Conditions:

   - The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

   - The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.

   - The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.

   - By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

9. Data Protection: Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
