We would like our customers to feel confident with the quality of plants purchased from Carpenders Park Nursery. We guarantee our hardy outdoor plants for one year from the date of purchase. We will replace or provide a credit note for any outdoor hardy plant* that fails to grow, provided that it has been correctly maintained and cared for, and is returned to the garden centre within 12 months of purchase along with a valid receipt.
Please remember that plants require suitable growing conditions and aftercare to succeed. If you require advice on choosing plants that will suit your garden, our knowledgeable and experienced plant staff will be happy to help you.
ADVICE ON PLANTING AND AFTERCARE
Always choose plants that are naturally suited to your soil and garden aspect. These will be easy to grow and care for.
Remember to plant your purchases promptly into borders or larger pots. The pots in which you buy your plants are intended for transporting your plants home. If they are left in these containers for any length of time, they may deteriorate and die.
You can help your plants to establish quickly by careful soil preparation before planting. It is vital to keep newly planted plants well watered throughout the growing season following planting.
Plants should be planted to the same depth as were in the pot that they have been supplied in.
* Please note the exclusions from our guarantee:
- Annuals, biennials & houseplants,
- Summer patio, exotic and half-hardy plants
- Plants used in landscaping work on behalf of a third party
- Plants damaged due to extreme weather conditions
- Claims made without proof of purchase
Our liability under the Hardy Plant Guarantee is limited to the original purchase price paid of the item in question.
